Don't you hate the feeling of being out of contact? I woke up this morning and tried to log into my server only to find it had been down for three hours. Arrrghhh! Compaq used to have really good customer service before they were bought out by HP. I could get my notebook fixed in hours, after HP it became days or weeks. Of course the idea is to buy something that doesn't require service, and knock on wood, the Dell seems to be holding title. (Entrecard visitor btw)Nice site.
