		<description>I find that if you eat smaller meals during the day and go for a nightly work you will keep the weight off. I also do some swimming during the week which has helped to tone up the body.</description>

		<description>I too go for brisk walking for 30 minutes per day. But...I find difficult in cutting off coffee etc., Even, I never tried for dieting,  I eat full of stomach and want to do balance it with good physical exercise. Now-a-days it has become fashion, especially for women, going for surgeries such as Abdominoplasty, Breast and buttocks augmentation etc., instead of doing all those good things mentioned in your Article. I want to recommend your Article for people going for Tummy Tuck surgery. Nice Article, thanks.</description>
