Worm juice is very dark and has a pungent aroma. It is laced with good bacteria and nutrients and as such it constitutes a fantastic liquid fertiliser. In our case this is very cost effective as our own worms have produced it, however I have seen the same liquid for sale at a price of $2.90 per litre, which is not a cost preventative price. The juice is great to reinvigorate struggling plants and will encourage all plants to grow faster and hardier. Great on vegetables and fruit during growing seasons as the nutrients result in the produce having a stronger and fuller flavour. Another major advantage of worm juice is that it assists plants to repel insect attack.
